논문초록 This study explores the influence of homopolymer length on the structure and relaxation behavior of Complex Coacervate Core Hydrogels (C3Hs), formed by mixing ABA triblock copolyelectrolytes with oppositely charged polyelectrolytes, which is crucial for sustained drug release applications. We observed that the core size and inter-core distance remains identical regardless of homopolymer length. However, the relaxation time, critical for the release duration of substances such as DNA, mRNA, and proteins encapsulated within the hydrogel core, increases proportionally with homopolymer length. This relationship is explained by the behavior of charge blocks within the core in response to homopolymer length variations, drawing on current research into chain dynamics in complex coacervates and self-assembled hydrogels using ABA-type triblock copolymers. These findings highlight the intricate correlation between polymer architecture and dynamics, offering new insights for optimizing C3H-based delivery systems.
